Bookings can be made via our website using the instant quote form, or by calling our friendly team on (08) 6373 7781. We're available Monday to Saturday.

We service all of the Perth Metropolitan area including Fremantle, Mandurah, Joondalup, Midland, Rockingham and surrounding suburbs. Our inspectors are strategically located to provide fast turnaround times across Western Australia.

Our inspectors and admin team are available on Saturdays, subject to availability. Please note that Saturday appointments may incur a different fee. Please contact our team to confirm availability and pricing. On Sundays, our office is closed, but we will happily get back to you first thing Monday morning.

Your presence is welcome but not essential. Our inspector will need access to the property which can be arranged via the Real Estate Agent or Vendor. We handle all coordination on your behalf.

We allow approximately 1 hour for the inspection and up to another hour for reporting and documentation. Some inspections take less or more time depending on accessibility and the number of defects found.

The report is available within 24 hours of inspection and often sooner. Reports are delivered digitally in PDF format via email.

All inspections are conducted in accordance with Australian Standard AS4349.1-2007 and comply with the relevant Western Australian building legislation.

Yes, iSPECT holds both Professional Indemnity Insurance and Public Liability Insurance, giving you complete peace of mind.

Yes, 24 hours notice must be provided to cancel a booked property inspection without charge.

We accept credit card and bank card (via secure online gateway or over the phone), as well as BPAY payment through your banking app. For large projects for business clients, we can also offer bank transfer. Payment is required prior to report delivery.
