Completion Stage (PCI/Handover) Inspection Perth

Once your new home has reached practical completion the builder will contact you to arrange a Pre-Completion Inspection. This stage inspection type has many different names including PCI (Practical Completion Inspection) or Handover inspection.

At this inspection we recommend that you engage a local Perth qualified and experienced building inspector conduct a independent inspection on your behalf to ensure everything is built to the Building Code of Australia, the numerous relevant Australian Standards, manufacturer's guidelines, and to a proper workmanlike manner, so you get the quality you paid for and expect for your new home.
