How can I book a property inspection?
Bookings can be made via our website using the instant quote form, by SMS to 0428 273 563, or by calling our friendly team on (08) 6373 7781. We're available Monday to Saturday.
Can you do inspections on the weekend?
Our inspectors and admin team are available on Saturdays, subject to availability. Please note that Saturday appointments may incur a different fee. Please contact our team to confirm availability and pricing. On Sundays, our office is closed, but we will happily get back to you first thing Monday morning.
Do I need to be present for the inspection?
Your presence is welcome but not essential. Our inspector will need access to the property which can be arranged via the Real Estate Agent or Vendor. We handle all coordination on your behalf.
How long does the inspection take?
We allow approximately 1 hour for the inspection and up to another hour for reporting and documentation. Some inspections take less or more time depending on accessibility and the number of defects found.
When will I receive the report?
The report is available within 24 hours of inspection and often sooner. Reports are delivered digitally in PDF format via email.
Is iSPECT insured?
Yes, iSPECT holds both Professional Indemnity Insurance and Public Liability Insurance, giving you complete peace of mind.
What standards do you inspect to?
All inspections are conducted in accordance with Australian Standard AS4349. 1-2007. Our reports document major defects, minor defects, and safety hazards as defined by these standards.
Can I cancel my property inspection?
Yes, 24 hours notice must be provided to cancel a booked property inspection without charge.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card and bank card (via secure online gateway or over the phone), as well as BPAY payment through your banking app. For large projects for business clients, we can also offer bank transfer. Payment is required prior to report delivery.
